SBG BIGGEST LOSER RULES:
Dates: February 10, 2020 – April 17, 2020
SBG BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE will last a total of 10 weeks
Each participant must submit before pictures, weight and measurements at the start of the challenge. Picture: need to be a front, side and back profile with measurements (waist, hips thighs) and weight under the pictures.
Form fitting clothing required so that we can get an accurate picture of your size. (ex: workout pants, shorts, sports bra, etc.)
All weigh ins must be submitted by 4pm on the dates listed below. Weigh ins must include a name, updated progression pictures, weight and measurements.

April 17, 2020 (Final Weigh In)
There will be 3 guided workouts with Guice uploaded weekly with cardio options to do on your own.
You will be provided with a comprehensive meal plan
Drink plenty of water
The final results of the competition are based on total body weight loss. In the event of a tie the following will be considered: pound and inches lost.
SBG Staff members have the right to disqualify and participant for not following the rules of the SBG Biggest Loser Challenge
In ensuring all participants are competing on a level playing field. We ask that you DO NOT use the following:
Dietary Supplements Hormone Supplements, Legal/and or illegal drugs, over-the counter diuretics (unless prescribed by Doctor) laxatives, starvation or fasting, forms of purging or extreme exercising, and recent weight loss surgery (i.e. lap band or gastric-by-pass)
